How it works

1. Enter the email address you sign in with below.
2. We email you a link. It works once and expires after 1 hour.
3. Open the link and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

You can also close your account in the app, from your account settings. Deleting your account deletes it with every studio you train with and cancels your subscriptions with them.

What we delete

• Your Fytkit sign-in: your email address, password and any Apple or Google sign-in. You are signed out on every device.
• Your personal details on each studio's records: name, email address, phone number, location and date of birth.
• Health information you shared: injuries and limitations, your health consent and your equipment.
• Your progress photos, the files you uploaded, and your check-in answers in your own words.
• Your messages with your coaches, and theirs to you, with the photos in them.
• Your habits and everything you logged for them, and the notes you wrote on workouts and weigh-ins.

What we keep

• Numbers without your name: workout sets, bodyweights, measurements and food log totals stay with each studio, anonymised, so their records still add up.
• Records the law requires us or your studio to keep, such as payment records, for as long as the law requires.

Run a studio?

Studio owners and team members delete their account from the dashboard: sign in, then open Settings and Security. If you are a studio's only Owner, hand the studio on or close it first.
