Your client portal, public site, member emails, and app all take their look from two places under Configuration in the sidebar — Site for your studio’s name, logo, template, and theme, and Social links for where clients can find you elsewhere.
Go to Configuration → Site and open the Design tab. Studio name and logo sits at the top:
Unlike the rest of your site design, these don’t wait for you to publish: the name saves when you press Save beside it, and a logo saves as soon as it uploads. Either change shows on your site, portal, emails, and app straight away.
On the same Design tab, pick a Template for the layout and a Theme for the colours. Each theme is a curated palette designed for its template, and it colours your site, your portal, your member emails, and your app — there’s no separate brand colour to set. The preview beside the editor shows the result as you choose.
Template and theme changes are part of your site draft: save them, then use Publish when you’re happy. Until you publish, your portal and emails keep the theme that’s live now.
Go to Configuration → Social links. These appear on your public pages so clients can find you elsewhere. Each field takes a full URL:
Leave any you don’t use blank — empty fields simply aren’t shown.
At the bottom of the sidebar you’ll find two shortcuts: Go to site opens your public site, and Preview client site opens the client portal as a member would see it. Use them after saving to confirm your branding looks right in context.
